Ursuline preschool celebrates Penguins with YSU Day

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Students in the transitional kindergarten class at Ursuline Preschool and Kindergarten recently helped to cheer on the Youngstown State University Penguins football team at YSU Day.
