Daughter charged with felony theft from parents

A Youngstown woman faces felony theft charges after allegedly stealing from her parents. 

Stacy Summers, 35, of Dunlap Avenue, was arrested Monday on a felony theft warrant as well as a separate felony theft charge related to incidents reported to township police in November and December.

A report filed Nov. 29 alleges that Summers stole multiple blank checks from her parents and cashed them.

On Dec. 23, according to a police report, police were dispatched to a Huntington Circle home, where the suspect's father reported that Summers entered the home and stole numerous items, including a weed whacker, perfume, and jewelry.
