The Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, is hosting the spirituality series, “Pathways to Spiritual Living,” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. or 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 8, March 8 and April 5.
Donation is $10 for each class or $25 for all three.
The presenter is Eileen W. Novotny and the group will explore and retrieve the tradition of human spirituality and reconsider its primary significance in the search for meaning and purpose in life. On Feb. 8, the groups will consider “What Is Spirituality Today?”

Harp concert
LIBERTY
Kirk Kupensky will present a harp concert at 7 p.m. Jan. 14 at Unity Centre for Spiritual Living, 1226 Naylor Lloyd Road, where he is musical director. Free-will offerings will be accepted.

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Youngstown is calling upon Catholics and others of goodwill to support the Keep the Kids Warm campaign that will take place Monday through Jan. 23.
Keep the Kids Warm assists working poor families who do not qualify for government assistance; families waiting for PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) to authorize assistance; and families whose HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) benefits have been exhausted.

Transcendental group to meet
YOUNGSTOWN
Transcendental Interest Group will have its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ohio Living Park Vista North Lounge, 1310 Fifth Ave.
The meeting will be a comparative study on religions. Attendees will watch a video by Dr. Charles Kimbell of the University of Oklahoma. This group is for those interested in exploring the inner way of knowing.
Meetings are free and open to the public and are on the second Wednesday of every month. They are coordinated by Agnes Martinko. For information call 330-746-2944.
Bishop to celebrate Masses for Life
YOUNGSTOWN
Bishop George V. Murry, S.J., will celebrate two diocesan Masses for Life this month.
The first will take place at 11 a.m. Jan. 21 at St. Paul Parish, 241 S. Main St., North Canton. The second will take place at 4 p.m. Jan. 29 at St. Columba Cathedral, 154 W. Wood St.
At each Mass, expectant mothers, fathers and their families will be invited to receive a blessing for their unborn babies. In addition, there will be a blessing of pilgrims attending the March for Life in Washington D.C., which will take place Jan. 27.
A reception will follow each Mass. All are welcome, no reservations are necessary. Donations will be accepted.
The Masses for Life correspond with “Nine Days for Life” called for by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. “Nine Days of Prayer, Penance and Pilgrimage” will take place Jan. 21-29.
