Amanda Leech became the bride of Brian Bennett on Nov. 12 at Embassy Suites Downtown Chicago. The groom’s uncle, the Honorable William Bennett, performed the ceremony, and a reception followed.

The parents of the bride are Jerry and Diane Leech of Lenexa, Kan., and the parents of the groom are Steve and Cindy Bennett of Canfield.

After a wedding trip to Vienna, Prague and Amsterdam, the couple reside in Chicago.

Mrs. Bennett earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Dayton. She is a senior research manager for Verve in Chicago.

The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in math from Wittenberg University. He works as a pricing director for National General Insurance in Chicago.

The bride wore a cream-colored V-neck gown with a tulle skirt adorned with floral appliques.

Audrey Leech, the bride’s sister, was her honor attendant. Bridesmaids, wearing navy blue dresses, were Allison Zeller, Meghan Keivel, Jennie Szink, Natalie Brown and a sister of the groom, Courtney Sanders.

Flower girls were Alexandra and Josephine Sanders, nieces of the groom.

James Wilcox performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Bradley Bennett, a brother of the groom; Dr. Jonathan Frommelt; Chad Baker; Sam Winneka; and Marcello Magnifico.
