ASSOCIATIONS

Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of ABWA will have its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. The buffet dinner will be served at 1:45 and will consist of quiche Lorraine, chicken a la king, scrambled eggs, link sausage, sliced ham, home fried potatoes, orange juice, coffee and tea for $18. CLASSES

Campbell Memorial Class of 1955 will meet for its monthly breakfast at 10 a.m. Saturday at What’s Cookin’ in the Mathews Road Plaza in Boardman. Classmates, spouses and guests are welcome.

Ursuline High School Class of 1951 will meet for brunch at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. Spouses and friends are welcome. No reservations are needed.

CLUBS

Altrusa Club of Youngstown will be meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 21 at Johnny’s Restaurant in Boardman. There will be a business meeting and six new members will be inducted. Boardman-Poland Junior Women’s League will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Glenellen 9661 Market St., Boardman. Members are asked to take socks for men and women which will be distributed at St. John’s soup kitchen Jan. 22. The guest speaker from Canfield Quilts will speak about women through time in quilting. Plans will be discussed for an upcoming wine taste on Jan. 29 at The Magic Tree Restaurant in Boardman and a “Step Back in Time” tea planned in March. Hostesses are Debbie Chop and Debbie Weaver. Junior Group of Goodwill will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Goodwill Cafeteria, 2747 Belmont Ave. Kathy Gerberry will preside. An online auction set for Jan. 15 will be discussed as well as the 2017 Goodwill Gala set for March 3 at Stambaugh Audtorium. Diane Mediate will demonstrate Perfectly Posh oils, butters and shea products for health and beauty. William Holmes McGuffey Historical Society will meet at 10 a.m. Jan. 21 at Kravitz’s Deli meeting room, 3135 Belmont Ave., Liberty. WW II Army medic, Bill Farragher, the creator of the Youngstown Sheet and Tube trademark, will share “Memories of a Lifetime.” The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
