Newton Falls issues parking ban because of snowfall

NEWTON FALLS — The city has issued a snow-emergency parking ban until further notice. All vehicles must be removed from the streets, or they may be ticketed and/or towed.

The parking ban is in place to allow service department workers to clear the streets.
