Three local Chick-fil-A restaurants are celebrating Youngstown State University’s Division I football championship game appearance with free nuggets.

Customers are invited to purchase any size nugget tray before noon Saturday. If the Penguins beat James Madison University, guests can return to the same restaurant between Jan. 9 and Jan. 31 with their receipt to receive the same nugget tray for free. The offer is valid at the Howland Commons, Southern Park Mall and Tiffany Square Plaza locations only. Applies to nugget trays only. Limited spacing available for hot nugget trays.

Macy’s closures

Macy’s Inc. made several announcements on its portfolio on Wednesday. The announcements included the closure of 68 stores and the reorganization of the field structure that supports the remaining stores, reinforcing the strategy of fewer stores with better customer experience.

Stores close to the Mahoning Valley closing are: Shenango Valley in Hermitage, Pa., with 69 associates; and Beaver Valley in Monaca, Pa., with 78 associates. Associates displaced by store closings may be offered positions in nearby stores where possible.
