Mayor John A. McNally to file petitions for a second term Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally said he will file nominating petitions seeking a second four-year term at 10 a.m. Thursday.

McNally, a Democrat, will be the first candidate to file with the Mahoning County Board of Elections for the position. The deadline to file is Feb. 1.

The primary is May 2.
