Former McDonald mayor sworn in as state representative
COLUMBUS — Glenn Holmes, former mayor of the village of McDonald, was sworn in Tuesday to the Ohio House of Representatives as state representative of the 63rd House District.
Holmes, elected to his first House term in November, will serve the people of Trumbull County in, but not limited to, Hubbard, Lordstown, Niles, Girard, Cortland and Newton Falls.
Holmes, who lives in McDonald, served as village mayor for nine years.
