City, state, county and federal offices: Closed. No mail delivery today.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Tuesday.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Jan. 8; Kent State University at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 16.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Closed.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library, Newton Falls Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, and Warren-Trumbull, closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed.
