City, state, county offices: Closed Monday.

Federal offices: Closed Monday. No mail delivery Monday.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Tuesday.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Jan. 8; Kent State University at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 16.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Closed Monday.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library; Newton Falls Public Library, closed today and Monday; Hubbard Public Library, closed Monday; Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed Monday; Warren-Trumbull, closed today and Monday.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed Monday.
