Tod Homestead Cemetery cleanup deadline is March 15

YOUNGSTOWN — The annual cleanup of Tod Homestead Cemetery, 2200 Belmont Ave., is March 15. All decorations on the graves, including solar and artificial lights in vases, will be removed by that day.
