Note on pickup apologizes for ‘anger isusesh’

CARBONDALE, Colo.

Police in western Colorado say a man battered somebody else’s pickup with a baseball bat and then left a note acknowledging he had anger issues.

Police say the note read, “Sorryy anger isusesh.”

The Glenwood Springs Post Independent reports the attack occurred in January near Carbondale.

The pickup’s owner found the damage and the note when he returned from snowmobiling. Two witnesses told police another snowmobiler apparently thought the pickup had parked too close to his vehicle.

The witnesses say they heard whacking sounds, and one saw the other snowmobiler swinging a bat. They told police they insisted he leave a note. They say he was then able to leave his parking spot with no problem.

Police say they arrested a 53-year-old man on a criminal mischief charge.

Police in Delaware are searching for a mounted elk’s head valued at $65,000 that went missing from a home during a party.

Police said in a statement that they were called last week to a home in Wilmington in Delaware’s New Castle County. Police say when they arrived they were told that the elk’s head was taken from the home at some point during a Feb. 10 party.

Police say about 50 people were at the party and that officers who walked through the home afterward saw multiple holes in walls and three broken windows.

Police are asking that anyone with information about the missing elk’s head to contact them.

Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts pizza, tacos unveiled at cafe

Pop-Tarts might not just be for breakfast anymore.

Kellogg’s is giving the public a taste of some unique flavor combinations featuring the morning time treat by transforming its New York eatery into a Pop-Tarts Cafe this week.

Some of the menu items include a personal Pop-Tart pizza, chili Pop-Tart fries and tarty tacos. Visitors to the Times Square restaurant can also sample milkshakes made from the pastry. The pop-up Pop-Tarts Cafe is open through Sunday.
