HAPPENING NOW | Two in custody after police stop van

YOUNGSTOWN — Five marked police vehicles have pulled over a van at Mahoning Avenue and Halls Heights and two people are in custody.

It is known why there are so many officers but police were originally sent to a house in the 100 block of Silliman Street then pulled the van over before it got on the freeway.
