Art exhibition of nude works

“Nude on Park,” a regional juried art show that celebrates the naked human form, opens Saturday at Art On Park gallery, 180 N. Park Ave., downtown, with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. The show, which runs through March 25, is free but is open to mature audiences only. It includes paintings, photography, sculpture and other media.

“We wanted to provide an outlet for artists to express themselves freely, without a lot of restrictions,” said show organizer Barry Burkey. “All the work is very tasteful, but also pushes boundaries that most local art shows shy away from.”
