Brown in town to discuss ending 'surprise' hospital billing

YOUNGSTOWN — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown and Linda Warino, executive director of the Ohio Nurses Association District 3, discussed the Surprise Billing Act in Austintown Tuesday morning.

This act would end surprise costs patients aren't aware of during the time of their care in the hospital.
