Alyssa Pool and Ryan Abraham

The parents of Alyssa Pool and Ryan Abraham, both of Cleveland Heights, are announcing their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Jack and Diane Pool, and the prospective groom is the son of Tim and Beth Abraham, all of Canfield.

The ceremony is set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at St. Michael Church. A reception will take place at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Pool graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland.

Mr. Abraham graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s of professional practice in accounting. He is an audit associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cleveland.
