Two-car crash on South Avenue

Youngstown police were investigating a two-car collision in which at least one person may have been injured in the crash that occurred about 8:30 p.m. Thursday on South Avenue in Youngstown on the Interstate 680 overpass just north of the southbound entrance ramp. An ambulance left the scene apparently transporting an injured person to a local hospital. The occupants of the second car, who appeared not to have been injured, were removing belongings before their vehicle was towed. Both vehicles sustained significant damage.
