A grand jury indicted these people Thursday on these charges:

Arnold J. Perry Jr., 33, Mahoning County Justice Center, superseding indictment, two counts of rape, three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, sexual battery and rape.

Jessica Lee, 27, Rock Run Road, Wellsville, receiving stolen property, possessing a drug-abuse instrument and possession of cocaine.

Donald Pratt, 48, Garfield Street, Struthers; Michael Mele, 29, Sixth Street, Campbell; Beth Stuckey, 32, McGuffey Road; and Crissy Broache, 37, Elm Street, Struthers, five counts of burglary with repeat violent-offender specifications, two counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, safe cracking and possessing criminal tools.

Austin Bollinger, 22, Sodom Hutchings Road Northeast, Vienna, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and two counts of operating a vehicle impaired.

Crystal Repich, 20, Price-town Road, Berlin Center, theft.

Benita Williams, 46, Ravenna, kidnapping, abduction, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises with firearm specifications and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Elijah Hodges, 22, Millet Avenue and Terrance Sly, 31, Eleanor Avenue, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications, permitting drug abuse and possession of drugs.

Dontre Adams, 21, Carlotta Drive, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Tyler Rogers, 27, Akron, aggravated possession of drugs.

Jennifer Brown, 27, Wright Avenue, Alliance, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

Matthew Totta, 26, Market Street, failure to notify change of address and falsification.

Joseph McClendon, 21, Parkwood Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia,

Marvin Reese, 43, Pasadena Avenue, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Vincent Tuchek Jr., 46, Salt Springs Road, retaliation, OVI and resisting arrest.

Danneil Elder, 28, East Market Street, Alliance, three counts of theft.

Jose Miranda, 37, Elliot Lane, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine and obstructing official business.

Gary Ryan, 30, Choice Court, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and possession of drugs.

Louis B. Cooke Jr., 41, Dallas.

Victor Jackson, 40, Wallace Street, two counts.

Phillip A. Johnson, 36, Rush Boulevard, two counts.

Korron J. Devoe, 35, Guss Avenue, three counts.

Ricky Easterly Sr., 35, Grandview Avenue, four counts.
