In celebration of Heart Month and the Go Red For Women campaign, Greenbriar Healthcare Center and The Commons Assisted Living will host its first chili cook-off on Feb. 28 from 4-6 p.m.
The public is invited to participate in this brand new tradition for Greenbriar and The Commons. They will be hosting this event at The Orange Spot Bistro, located at the entrance of Greenbriar Healthcare Center, 8064 South Avenue in Boardman.
The proceeds from the chili cook-off will be donated to The American Heart Association.
The American Heart Association provides incredible services and support to the community such as CPR and First Aid training to both the public and healthcare professionals, as well as education on living a heart-healthy life. Any contribution will help The American Heart Association to continue to provide our community with life-saving education and interventions.
