“NFL Honors” (8 p.m., Fox): Airing on the eve of the Super Bowl, “NFL Honors” is a celebration of the 2016-17 season. NFL stars and celebrities gather to present an array of awards, including MVP, Coach of the Year and Walter Payton Man of the Year. The new Hall of Fame class also is revealed.

“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): Tricia Perry of WYSU-FM and Leslie Brothers of the McDonough Museum will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the annual Mad About the Arts event, an evening of culture that raises money for both entities.

Next, Roland Barksdale Hall will discuss his new book, “Leadership Under Fire,” a compilation of leadership skills for community success.

Tiffany Anderson, director of Africana Studies at Youngstown State University, will discuss upcoming Black History Month events.

Finally, Jonathan Bentley will discuss the upcoming Minority Business Assistance Center classes for entrepreneurs, which will focus on project management, financing small business projects and how to bid on contracts with the state of Ohio.

“A Conversation with Dee” (Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-33): Host Dee Crawford’s guest will be Greg Cvetkovic of Children’s Circle of Friends Foundation, and Joe Shorokey of Alta Behavioral Healthcare. They will discuss their upcoming fundraiser.

Packard band presents ‘Portraits’

The Packard Band will present “Portraits,” a free concert, at 3 p.m. Sunday at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave. NW.

Stephen L. Gage, director of bands at Youngstown State University, will lead the Packard band in “Lincoln Portrait” by Aaron Copland, with narration by Allan R. Mosher.

Also on the program are “Gavorkna Fanfare,” “La Forza Del Destino Overture,” “Music from the Divine Comedy,” “Malaguena” and the “Sabre and Spurs March.”
