Youngstown Police personnel were at the scene for about two hours

YOUNGSTOWN
An unidentified man believed to be in his mid-20s was shot to death shortly after 8:30 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Oxford and Griffith streets on the city’s North Side, police said.
Police found the man, the city’s second homicide victim of 2017, lying in the middle of Oxford about two houses south of Griffith.
The victim, who was shot multiple times, did not have identification, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.
According to police, a truck with an out-of-state license plate parked in a driveway in the area may be connected to the shooting.
Youngstown’s first homicide victim of this year was Christopher Bridges, who was in his early 20s and was found shot to death Jan. 25 in a home on Republic Avenue on the city’s East Side.
