BOARDMAN — The public is invited to meet Carla Baldwin, a candidate for Youngstown Municipal Court judge, at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at 4419 Market St. Baldwin is a magistrate at Mahoning County Juvenile Court. Light refreshments will be served.
