Police ID victim of Thursday night's shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified a man found shot to death about 8:30 p.m. Thursday on a North Street.

Clevael Workman, 23, of Youngstown, was found lying face down in the 700 block of Oxford Street about 50 feet away from a truck he was driving.

His death is the city's second homicide of 2017.
