Joey Clark scored 17 points and Jake Hunter added 10 to lead Sebring (5-4) over Crestview. Scott Murray led Crestview eith 19 points and Jude Riffle added 12.

EAST PALESTINE

Branden Kemp scored 27 points as East Palestine edged Beaver Local. Stephen Darlington added 20 points for the Tigers and Dominic Posey had 10. Zak Pappas led Beaver Local with 25 points. Luke Chetock added 14 points and Tate Joseph and Drew Theiss had 12 points each for the Beavers.

West Branch 59, United 50

HANOVERTON

T.J. DeShields had 16 points and Reese Leone added 15 points as West Branch handed United (7-2) their second loss of the season. Brandon Zuchowski added 13 points, as the Warriors erased a 16-9 first-quarter deficit to get the win. United was led by the trio of Parker Hydrick (20 points), Dakota Hill (13), and Kaden Smith (10).

YOUNGSTOWN

Dayshanette Harris scored 19 points and Ursuline rolled over Farrell. Anyah Curd also reached double figures for the Irish, scoring 14 points and pulling in 11 rebounds for a double-double. Lindsay Bell also had a double-double for the Irish with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Kyra Crosby led Farrell with 16 points.

Howland 65, Louisville 51

LOUISVILLE

Senior Gabby Hartzell scored a career-high 29 points to lead the Tigers (8-3). Alex Ochman’s double-double featured 14 points and 14 rebounds. Mackenzie Maze scored nine points and Ka’Rina Mallory made six steals. Kayla Gibson led the Leopards with 15 points. Also scoring in double figures were Erin Hahn with 12 points and Ellie Jackson with 10.

CANFIELD

Grace Bradley scord 17 points as the Hilltoppers outscored the Cardinals 15-8 in the fourth quarter for the win. Sydney Feller scored 13 points and Hallie Landes 11. Serena Sammarone led the Cards with 17 points.

MCDONALD

Molly Howard had a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds and Olivia Perry added 11 points as the Blue Devils (7-2) outlasted the Red Dragons. Britney Smith added eight points for McDonald. Aneziah Fryer led Niles with 13 points and Emma Dellinger added 10.

Annie Pavlansky led all scorers with 35 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the Bulldogs (5-6). Lakeview’s Lindsay Carnahan had 14 points. Field (2-7) was led by Maria Sziva’s 19 points.

Izzy Kline scored 27 points to lead the Tigers (6-3). Alli Sembach hit four 3-pointers for 12 points. Libby Barreca also netted 12 points. For Garfield, freshman Grace Mills scored 31 points.

ASHVILLE

South Range (10-1) erased a 12-3 first quarter deficit to defeat Circleville at the Teays Valley Holiday Tournament. Dani Vuletich scored all of her team-leading 12 points in the second half for South Range. Maddie Durkin also reached double figures for the Raiders with 10 points. Circleville was led by Mallory Conner with 16 points.

LISBON

Alexis Hughes scored 18 points and made six rebounds for Western Reserve. Kennedy Miller scored 15 points and made four assists while Alyssa Serensky contributed eight points, seven rebounds, two steals and four assists. For Lisbon, Maddie Liberati scored 12 points, Chloe Smith 11 and Autumn Oehlstrom 10.

Kenston Invitational

KENSTON

The Boardman wrestling team competed at the Kenston Invitational Tournament. Sam DeJoseph lost a 9-2 decision in round 5 of the 106 pound tournament. Derek Slipkovich took fifth palce at 113 pounds with a 1-0 decision over Chris Rocha of Painesville Riverside. At 120 pounds, Anthony Baglama took seventh place. Michael O’Horo had the best finish of the day, placing third at 182 pounds.

Brecksville Holiday Tournament

BRECKSVILLE

Canfield competed at the Brecksville Holiday Tournament on Saturday. David Crawford lost in the championship match at 182 pounds to Olentangy Liberty’s Trevor Lawson in a 16-2 decision. Crawford was the highest placing Cardinal. Nick Crawford finished fourth at 195 pounds, Daniel Kapalko also finsihed fourth at 285 pounds. Tyler Stein also placed for the Cardinals, coming in fifth place at 220 pounds.
