Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 27


— A Mahoning County Grand Jury Thursday indicted 27 people, including Jeremy Britton, 18, who police said escaped earlier this year from Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center and led police on a chase before he was caught.

Britton, of Logan Avenue, was indicted as an adult Thursday on charges of escape, robbery, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, felonious assault and aggravated riot for his escape from the JJC in April. He was being held there as a suspect in an earlier robbery at a Poland Burger King. He was charged with aggravated robbery, robbery and kidnapping from that incident.

Britton is accused of stealing a car from someone and managing to elude police after a high speed chase. He was found the next evening in a home on Salt Springs Road.

The grand jury also indicted the following people:

Lacey A. Livermore, 27, Carlisle Drive, Austintown, escape, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Sarah E. Muschweck, 26, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, receiving stolen property.

Savanha Cofield, 21, Third Street SW, Warren, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, obstructing official business and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerrod J. Cooper, 28, Scott Street, Newton Falls, inducing panic, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Judith Gale Douglas, 41, Oakwood Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Jonathan English, 37, Van Buren Drive, Ravenna, two counts of theft.

Maverick Evans, 25, Grandview Road, Lake Milton, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.

Raymony John Ingram, New Court, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, tampering with evidence, trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification, assault and obstructing official business.

Deon T. Johnson, 25, Sherwood Avenue, trafficking in marijuana, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana with a forfeiture specification and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Karrie A. Kascsak, 29, Sugar Pines Drive, Warren, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael B. Woods, 33, East Florida Avenue, Sebring, trespass in habitation.

Melissa Carr, 24, Cameron Avenue, possession of cocaine

James Coffin, 63, Scioto Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Terrance Craig, 26, Freedom Street, being a felon in possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons.

Judith Douglas, 41, Cooper Street; Daniel Greiner, 42, Riblett Avenue; and Randall Hover, 29, South Lakeview Avenue, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, three counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs, unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance with forfeiture specifications, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dwaylon Drayton-Perry, 25, Glenwood Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

Heather Patzak, 29, Westminster Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs.

Stephen A. Carbone, 25, Churchill Road, Hillsville, Pa., aggravated vehicular assault, vehicular assault, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and OVI.

The following people were indicted via direct presentment:

Omandre Randall, 20, Ohio State Penitentiary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, two counts of harassment with bodily substance.

Patricia Marino, 68, Fountain Square, grand theft.

Andrae L. Brown, 40, Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, Youngstown-Hubbard Road and Dawn R. Field, 48, Cambridge, illegal conveyance of items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Termaine O. Barnes, Ohio State Penitentiary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, three counts of harassment with bodily substance.

Robert W. Boyd, 47, West Boulevard, rape, gross sexual imposition and three counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

Deaundre Christian, 28, Glenwood Avenue, Boardman, grand theft and three counts of receiving stolen property.
