Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 21

YOUNGSTOWN – A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted 21 people including Devon Talley Jr., 24, Falls Avenue, on two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drugs.

On Nov. 10, reports say a city police officer working security at the WRTA station recognized Talley and knew Talley had a warrant and approached him.
Reports said Talley was wearing a bulletproof vest and told police he had a gun underneath the vest. Police found a loaded 9mm Smith & Wesson semiautomatic pistol, reports said.
The grand jury also indicted Jasmine Harrison, 27, on attempted murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery. Harrison has been in the Mahoning County jail since she was arrested for stabbing a man last month in a home on Willis Avenue. The man told police he was watching football when Harrison stabbed him in the neck with no warning.

Matthew J. Sarra, 32, Woodbine Avenue, Struthers, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Antwan Woodbridge, 26, East Auburndale Avenue, possession of drugs, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons, obstructing official business, possession of marijuana and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Campbell, 53, Carroll Street and Terrance McKinney, 31, North Bon Air Avenue, two counts of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications.

Ricky Leroy Parker, 28, E. 16th St., Cleveland, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, escape and falsification with forfeiture specifications.
Adam Pondillo, 37, Ridgeview Avenue, Austintown, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs and inducing panic.
Edwin Varela Crespo, 50, Memorial Circle, Campbell, being a felon in possession of a firearm, abduction with a firearm specification and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Maarquise Wilkins, 25, West LaClede Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.
