Uptown McDonald's is permanently closed

YOUNGSTOWN — A Market Street McDonald's in Uptown is permanently closed, according to signs posted on the windows of the fast food restaurant.

The McDonald's exterior signs have been taken down and the inside of the restaurant is being cleared out.
