Ohio State 94, The Citadel 65

Kam Williams and Keita Bates-Diop each scored 17 points as Ohio State won its fifth straight game with a 94-65 win over The Citadel. C.J. Jackson added 13 points and Andrew Dakich 10 for the Buckeyes (10-3). Kaiden Rice had 14 points, and Alex Reed and Zane Najdawi added 11 apiece for the Bulldogs (5-7). Ohio State led 44-23 at the half and built the margin to 39 at 88-49 with five minutes left.

Niagara 79, Cleveland State 77

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y.

\Kahlil Dukes scored 21 and hit a key 3-pointer with 2:17 left to help Niagara hold off Cleveland State. The teams traded 11-1 runs in the final 7 1/2 minutes. The Purple Eagles (6-6) used their run to build a 73-62 lead and the Vikings’ response cut the deficit back to one with 31/2 minutes left. Dukes’ 3-pointer ended Cleveland State’s rally, making it 77-73. Niagara made 2 of 4 free throws to retain the lead and Marvin Prochet’s block of Stefan Kenic and steal from Tyree Appleby — both in the final seconds — sealed the win.

Pitt 74, Delaware State 68

PITTSBURGH

Senior guard Jonathan Milligan had 13 points, including a pair of clutch free throws, and Pittsburgh held off a late charge from Delaware State. The Panthers (7-5) led by as many as 27 in the first half and by 22 at halftime, but their lead slipped away in the second half. Delaware State (2-11) forced Pitt into taking some outside shots, and the Panthers, who had hit 8 of 16 from 3-point range in the first half, cooled off significantly, making 5 of 19 from beyond the arc after the break.

Notre Dame 97, Dartmouth 87

SOUTH BEND, IND.

All-American Bonzie Colson had his 30th career double-double — a career-high 37 points with 11 rebounds — and Notre Dame held off Dartmouth. Fellow senior Matt Farrell added 22 points for the Irish (9-3), who fell out of the AP Top 25 for the first time this season following an 80-77 overtime loss to Indiana last Saturday. Rex Pflueger and Martinas Geben added 13 points each.

Penn State 80, Binghamton 65

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA.

Mike Watkins scored 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Penn State. Tony Carr, Josh Reaves and Shep Garner all chipped in 15 points apiece for the Nittany Lions (10-3), who won their third straight and snapped the Bearcats’ seven-game winning streak.
