Pa. resident hits jackpot

GREENVILLE, PA

Amber Carter of Greenville, Pa., won a $2 million prize on the $5 million jackpot instant game. The game has a cash or an annuity option of $80,000 a year for 25 years. Carter took the cash, and after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent, received a lump sum of $710,000.
