Grief support group to meet

CANFIELD

Crossroad Hospice Charitable Foundation is sponsoring an eight-week grief support group Thursdays, from Jan. 4 through Feb. 22. It is free and will take place at Touch Heaven Church, 10 Skyline Drive, from 5 to 7 p.m. For reservations, call 330-899-9100 and ask for the bereavement department.

The grief support group is facilitated by Certified Grief Recovery Specialists and is developed by the Grief Recovery Institute Æ, a program that creates a safe environment to learn how losses affect us and how to move past the grief and pain through new actions. A trained and certified moderator leads each session.
