Nursing students honored at ceremony

Kent State University Trumbull nursing student Margaret Burnside, along with with her classmates, were recently recognized at the nurse pinning ceremony at Vernon’s Cafe, 720 Youngstown-Warren Road. Burnside was given the Golden Scissors Award, which is faculty driven and sponsored by the Ohio Nurses Association. The award embodies leadership, scholastic aptitude and service to the community.
