Mahoning Valley Junior Achievement receives grant

Junior Achievement of Mahoning Valley recently received a $5,000 grant from Home Savings Charitable Foundation to cover scholarships for JA Titan Business Challenge and local JA programming. JA Titan Business Challenge is a free competition at Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business that will take place March 8 for high school juniors and seniors. The competition allows students to use their creativity and leadership abilities. JA Titan is an interactive online business simulation that offers a unique way for students to learn what it takes to compete in the marketplace and how to run a successful business.
