SWIMMING
CCS Christmas Meet
CANTON
The Boardman boys swim team competed at the CCS Christmas Meet at C.T. Branin Natatorium. Callen Aulizia took first place in the 50 yard freestyle race with a time of 21.40 seconds. Aulizia also finished second in the 100 freestyle and was voted Male Swimmer of the Meet. Kyle Kimerer placed first in the 100 butterfly with a time of 50.47 seconds and took third in the 100 free. Noah Basista finished third in both the 200 individual medley and the 100 breaststroke. The relay team of Matthew DunLany, Basista, Kimerer, and Aulizia finished second in both the 200 medley relay and the 200 free relay.
