The Wrights celebrate 50th at Leo’s Ristorante

Mr. and Mrs. William R. Wright of Austintown recently celebrated their 50th anniversary with a dinner surrounded by family at Leo’s Ristorante in Warren. The couple’s children, Heather and Michael Naugle of Allison Park, Pa., and Robin Jones (Richard Rothwell) of Linden, Mich., hosted the gathering.

Mr. Wright and the former Edith Sterling were married Nov. 25, 1967, at Brilliant Christian Church in Brilliant.

Mrs. Wright was a preschool teacher and administrator for Color My World in Youngstown. She retired in June 2008.

Mr. Wright worked for General Motors in Lordstown as a paint repairman. He also retired in June 2008. Mr. Wright served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1967 and is a member of Masonic Wick Lodge 481.

The couple have two grandchildren, Jacob Jones and Natalie Naugle.
