Woman gets 4 years for burglary, theft

YOUNGSTOWN — A city woman received four years in prison for breaking into a man’s house and stealing $1,100.
Tina Jarrette, 51, of Wood Street, pleaded guilty in August to one count of burglary.
Jarrette’s lawyer said his client had addiction issues but she told the court she was clean at the time of the robbery.
In addition to the prison sentence, Jarrette will be required to pay $1,100 in restitution and serve three years’ parole if she completes her sentence.
The prosecution said they will not oppose judicial release after two years.
