Library to host open house

Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., will host an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The event, which celebrates the library’s recently completed upper-level renovation, will feature music, refreshments and prizes. Staff will provide tours, answer questions and demonstrate new services.
