Ohio Secretary of State calls for investigation into Leone affidavits

COLUMBUS

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted is asking the Mahoning County Sheriff’s office to investigate a pair of affidavits alleging Struthers municipal court judge-elect Dominic Leone of wrongdoing.

The ruling comes after the Mahoning County Board of Elections in November could not break a tie vote on whether to call for an investigation.
