Trumbull GOP hosts judge

The Trumbull County Republican Party recently gathered for its monthly breakfast meeting. Judge Craig Baldwin was the guest speaker and discussed the impact presidential appointments have with regard to the U.S. Supreme Court and the issue of legislating from the bench.
