Show pays tribute to the Carpenters

Sally Olson, the acclaimed Karen Carpenter sound-a-like and look-a-like, will perform in concert Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the AA Executive Event Center, 5211 W. Tuscarawas St.

The Carpenters Christmas Tribute Show, starring Olson and her band, takes a trip down memory lane as it recreates the Carpenters’ 1977 and 1978 Christmas TV specials.

The set list includes the holiday classics “Sleigh Ride,” “Christmas Waltz,” “It’s Christmas Time,” “Sleep Well Little Children,” “Merry Christmas, Darling,” “The Christmas Song” and “Little Altar Boy.”

Tickets are $36 and can be purchased by calling 330-327-2087. The event will include a cash bar. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
