YOUNGSTOWN
The Youngstown Police Department’s vice unit served a search warrant Wednesday that yielded three arrests along with drugs and guns.
When police arrived at 1651 Cooper St. on Wednesday evening, they saw one man pulling out of the driveway and another throwing bags of drugs out a second-floor bathroom window, according to a report.
The bags contained heroin, fentanyl and six Adderall pills, the report said.
Randall Hover, 39, of Cooper Street was found in the bathroom.
Police also seized a bag of crack, eight Tramadol pills, a 16-gauge shotgun, a pistol and $231 in cash they believe belonged to Hover, the report said.
Daniel Greiner, 41, of Austintown drove the car leaving the house. When police stopped him, they found a folded piece of paper containing heroin, a used syringe and a burnt spoon, the report said.
Police also found a folded piece of paper containing fentanyl and a syringe within arms reach of another occupant of the home, Judith Douglas, 41, who was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl and drug-abuse instruments.
Hover faces charges for illegal possession of firearms and possession of crack, heroin, fentanyl and schedule II and schedule IV substances.
Grenier faces possession charges for heroin, drug-abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
The trio will appear for arraignment in Youngstown Municipal Court this afternoon.
