For the Rebels (2-2), Dale McGoogan, Jordan Scheller and Mitchell Lindsay scored goals and Costen Santelmo made nine saves. Luke Wickline and Cory Dewell had assists.

YOUNGSTOWN

Jacob Coman scored two goals and Mario Ruano the other for the Irish in the game at the Youngstown State soccer complex. Coman assisted on Ruano’s goal. Matt Ferree also made an assist. Goalkeepers Bo Gray and Manny Kerpelis combined for five saves. For the Eagles, Mike Neapolitan made nine saves.

Fernando Matos scored six goals and made an assist while Tyler Black and Tommy Rink each scored four goals for the Rockets (6-0). Evan Hunter scored twice while Thomas Dorsey, Nick Gaylog, Matthew Palm and Matthew Sheely each netted one. Michael Stamm made three assists and Rink two. Hunter, Palm, Spencer Logan and Logan Moser made one apiece.

Cardinals sophomore Ally Stein scored the lone goal of the night on an assist from Morgan Carry. Canfield (2-0-0) outshot Boardman, 21-6. Spartans goalkeeper Camille Holzschuch had 17 saves. Canfield keeper Lauren Slanker had 5 saves. JV: Canfield, 5-0.

HUBBARD

Brie Stackpole, Teegan Graff and Rebekah Thomas each scored a goal for the Bulldogs. Thomas, Maggie Sebest and Mallory Malmer each had one assist. Alexis Cobin made nine saves for Hubbard.

Emily Burnham scored on an assist by Hayley Esposito while goalkeeper Carolynn Thomas made five saves for the Red Dragons (2-1-1, 0-0-1 All-American Conference Blue). For the Bulldogs (0-0-1, 0-0-1), Hailey Raines scored on an assist by Reagan Rosenberger. Tiffany Bartholomew made seven saves. JV: Lakeview, 3-0.

Lauren Dolak scored a second-half goal and assisted on another as the Falcons played the Tigers to a draw. Dolak assisted on Abby Knight’s goal for Fitch. Jessica Goist assisted on Dolak’s goal. Caleigh Hogan opened the scoring for Howland on a free kick in the first half. Hogan later assisted on a second-half goal by Kendyl Buckley. Each team had four shots on goal. Buckley had two saves for Howland (2-0-1) and Jocelyn Gabriel had two for Fitch (0-2-1). JV: Draw, 0-0.
