YNDC awards $5,000 for neighborhood projects

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation awarded $5,000 to five neighborhood leaders for use in ongoing projects as part of the Neighborhood Champion awards.

The winners are: Keland Logan, Elnora and Thomas Sipp, Peggy Bosela, Joyce Davidson and Margeurite Douglas.
