Downtown Youngstown streets closed for resurfacing have reopened

YOUNGSTOWN — Sections of two of downtown’s busiest streets closed to vehicular traffic for resurfacing work have reopened.

The streets, closed since Aug. 7, are Federal Street from Phelps to Walnut streets, and Market Street from Front to Commerce streets.
