McKinley won the first game in the newly renovated Tom Benson Stadium, which will be the site of the football state championships this year. Harding mustered 236 rushing yards and 14 passing yards in defeat. Kayron Adams ran for 138 yards and Geivonni Washington scored Harding’s lone touchdown on a 56-yard run in the second quarter.
