Police believe he is with Madison Copley, 15, who was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Aug. 12 before running away from her home early Aug. 13.

Probation given

GIRARD

A Girard judge has given a woman one year’s probation after police said she crashed a car, with children inside it, into a Liberty motel.

Kedline Joseph, 22, of Warren pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of endangering children. A judge dismissed another misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business. Joseph will not serve additional jail time because a judge suspended 173 days of her 180-day sentence and gave her credit for time served while waiting to appear in court.

Joseph also has to pay $200 in fines after pleading no contest to traffic, rather than criminal, charges of driving without a license and reckless disregard of safety.

Liberty police arrested Joseph on Aug. 6 after an SUV collided with a fence before crashing into Motel 6 on Belmont Avenue.
