Garden Gate Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. at the Tyler Museum, 325 W. Federal St. in Youngstown. Lunch will take place at Overture Restaurant with Michele Wrikeman as hostess.

Holborn Herb Growers Guild will host its annual tea Sept. 10 in the Western Reserve Village of the Canfield Fairgrounds. Tours of the village buildings and samplings of teas and desserts are available. Each guest will receive a tea cup and saucer to take home and the guild’s cookbook will be available to purchase. Cost is $10 per person and children under 8 will be admitted free of charge. Tickets are available from any HHGG member or by calling Carole Check at 330-720-7142.

Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown will host its 53rd Annual Horticultural Show at Fellows Riverside Gardens on Saturday and next Sunday. Awards for heaviest tomato and largest zinnia will be given. Best of section ribbons will also be awarded in areas such as vegetables, annuals, perennials and more. Entries will be accepted from 7 to 10:30 a.m., Saturday.
