THURSDAY

Woodworth Church of the Brethren, 30 E. Western Reserve Road, Poland, will have a drive-through beef tips and noodle dinner from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., or until sold out. Angus beef tips, homestyle noodles, corn, roll with butter and a homemade cookie. Drive up to back door, place order, and dinner will be delivered to your car. Cost is $8. FRIDAY

Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod or fried haddock; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; bread and butter; and coffee or tea. The cost is $11 for adults and $6 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.75. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 330-792-1005.

SUNDAY

St. James Episcopal Church will host a cavatelli dinner from noon to 5 p.m. at 7640 Glenwood Ave., Boardman to celebrate the Feast of St. Rocco, the healer. Dine in or carry out for $8 per dinner. Offerings given will be used to support healing ministries worldwide. For information, call the church at 330-758-2727.

VFW Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will serve a homestyle breakfast sponsored by the auxiliary from 8 a.m. to noon. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3.50 for children under 12. The menu consists of eggs, hash browns, sausage or ham, pancakes or freedom toast, toast and coffee or tea.
