Campbell man arrested on child-porn charges after raid of home

CAMPBELL — A city man is in the Mahoning County jail on child-pornography charges after Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation agents raided his home this morning.

Joshua Baird, 39, faces 10 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor.

Law enforcement officials executed a search warrant at Baird’s house at 600 Devitt Avenue and seized electronic devices.

Baird is listed in the Mahoning County Sheriff Office’s database as a registered sex offender.

Jill Del Greco, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, said Baird is alleged to have made and disseminated pornography involving a juvenile girl. Del Greco said it is unknown if there were other victims, and the investigation is ongoing.
