WARREN

Bond of $5,000 was set Monday for Richard O. Robson, 18, of Tod Avenue Southwest, on one count of rape.

A not-guilty plea was entered for Robson, accused of raping a girl, now 12, multiple times in Warren over the last few years. Rape allegations were reported to police last month. If convicted, Robson could get up to 10 years in prison, Judge Thomas Gysegem said.

If Robson is able to post bond, he is ordered to have no contact with the accuser and be on electronically monitored house arrest.

Missing girl

HUBBARD

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in Hubbard since Sunday morning.

Madison Copley was last seen about 11:30 p.m. Saturday before running away from her home early Sunday.

Police believe the girl is with Malik Perkins Williams, 21, of Solon. Williams is believed to be driving a 2012 white Infinity sport utilty vehicle.

Madison has a medical condition, and she did not take her medication.

She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 125 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone knowing her whereabouts is asked to call Detective Chris Moffitt of the Hubbard Police Department at 330-534-8153, ext. 3004.

Time with mayor moved to Aug. 22

YOUNGSTOWN

The monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor,” scheduled for today, has been moved to Aug. 22, starting at 5 p.m., in the mayor’s office on the first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St. Citizens are invited to visit with Mayor John A. McNally for up to five minutes to ask questions or voice concerns on issues in the city.
